Breakfast Tarts

Sausage, cheese and hashbrown breakfast tarts with a cup of coffee

 1215 Tart Shells, unbaked
 1 lb Goolsby's Sausage (10 patties), thawed
 2 cups Hashbrown Potatoes
 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
 2 cups Milk
 5 Eggs
 Salt and Pepper, to taste

Have unbaked tart pie shells ready for mixtures to be added.


Cook the Goolsby's sausage patties and scramble until brown. Drain grease.


Add one tablespoon (give or take) of Goolsby's sausage into shell, then top with a large spoonful of cheese.


Mix eggs and milk together and beat. Once mixture is completely mixed, add the egg mixture to the tarts.


Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until set.
