How to Cook the Perfect Sausage

Step 1: Place frozen* patties in a cold skillet on medium.

* Because our patties are frozen, we’re often asked if you need to defrost them first. We recommend starting the cooking process with the patties still frozen.

Step 2: Cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side or until the center is no longer pink and has an internal temperature of 170°F. The key is to not turn your patties too frequently.

 

Step 3: When your patties are almost done, turn up the heat to brown.

 

Serve and enjoy your perfectly cooked patties.
